Ingredients
  • 3 avocados chopped
  • 2 medium red tomatoes chopped
  • 1 red chili
  • ½ red onion finely diced
  • 1 bunch of coriander chopped
  • ½ juice of lime
  • Salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Chop all the ingredients and place in a serving bowl
  2. Squeeze over lime juice and add the seasoning
  3. Gently mix through so everything is combined well
  4. Serve with organic corn or brown rice chips or homemade crackers for a healthy snack.
