Simple Vinegarette

1 small jar


  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Place all ingredients in a jar or liquid measuring cup and whisk very well to combine.
