Ingredients
  • 250g leftover cooked pasta e.g spaghetti(approximately)
  • 250g leftover bolognaise sauce(approximately)
  • 2 eggswhisked
  • 2tablespoons nutritional yeast(optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180C / 350f and line a square tin with baking paper or grease a muffin tray with some oil.
  2. Whisk the eggs separately in a large bowl. Once mixed through add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and combine everything well with a fork.
  3. Pour the mixture in the lined baking tray and pop in the oven and bake for approximately 10 minutes for the eggs to set.
  4. Allow to completely cool before removing from the tin. Will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
