Ingredients
Chocolate ‘Mylk’ Shake Ingredients
  • 1cup non-dairy milk(I use almond milk)
  • 3frozen bananas
  • 4-6 medjool dates
  • 2tsps vanilla extract
  • 1-2tbsps cacao powder
  • 1handful raw spinach
  • 6cubes ice(approximately)
Optional
  • 1scoop super green powder(such as spirulina, barley grass etc – see notes above)
Instructions
  1. Pop all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz on high until you get a lovely thick creamy texture.
  2. Serve immediately or store in glass jars in the fridge for a tasty treat later on.
